MIC-TZD Vibration and temperature monitoring transmitter Manual

Short Description:

MIC-TZD integrative vibration and temperature transmitter, integrating the traditional vibration and temperature sensor and the accuracy measuring circuit together, not only achieve “sensor + transmitter” mode vibration measurement system function, but also achieve economic but high accuracy vibration measure system. The transmitter can connect directly with PLC, DCS or other systems. Mounted on the bearing cover of rotating machines, the transmitter is an ideal choice for steam turbine, compressors, motors, blower, fans, water pump etc to measure vibration speed or vibration amplitude. Because its output signals are caused by moving coils cutting magnetic force line, so its power supply can be 24VDC, easy installation and maintenance. The transmitter can be used widely in heating and power plant, cement plant, machine plant, blower plant, paper made plant, coal mine machine etc.

Working Principle

Thermal resistance measure the temperature by its characteristics: its resistance also changes when the measured object temperature changes. When the resistance changes the working instrument will show the temperature value corresponding to resistance value.
